CCOC

Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) bought it’s first building in 1975 and now owns and manages more than 50 properties that provide more than 1700 units of affordable housing to Ottawa residents. I worked with CCOC to develop the materials for their 50th Anniversary campaign.

Work Includes
Illustration, Merchandise Design, Sticker Design, Social Media Assets

I created illustrations of some of their buildings to use in a 50th Anniversary commemorative book for tenants. I also created the cover for the book and some fun stickers as giveaways. We wanted to draw in elements of the 1970s for this anniversary campaign but with a fun, modern feel reflective of the community of Centretown.

I also developed this neighbourhood map with some small icons of a few of their key buildings incorporated. They ended up printing this shirt in three colour ways and it was a big hit with staff and tenants of CCOC. Photo supplied by CCOC.
