ByWard Market District Authority
The ByWard Market is Ottawa’s number one tourist attraction and is the premier destination for shopping, dining, arts, entertainment, and professional services for residents and visitors. I worked with the BMDA to create their logo and branding that speaks their heritage roots but an exciting future.

There are always fun events going on in the ByWard Market. I’ve created event posters and signage for many of their events that are loved by locals and tourists!
The Night Ambassador Program is a pilot program in the ByWard Marke to make the market safer and more welcoming at night. I designed the logo, staff shirts and supporting marketing materials for the program! Visibility is key when designing for a night program so of course it has to be neon yellow and green.
The BMDA also supports the historical Parkdale Public Market in Hintonburg. The Parkdale Public Market has existed since 1924 and I’m lucky enough to get to design posters, signage and social posts for this amazing market.
